A very brightly colored dessert

I had to make a dificult choice. For luch we had a tomato stuffed with rice: a new recipe from Delia Smiths vegetarian cookbook. For dinner we made a recipe for panzanella from one of Nigella Lawson's books. And finally, for desert we had sorbet ice that my mother had made some time ago. Everything tasted great, ecxept for the dessert, which was way very sour. It is made from the frozen juice of lemons and oranges, and I often find their taste too strong. But this picture is my favourite from today's photos, so I am posting it on Blip anyway.

The panzanella was delicious, by the way, but not very photogenic. But I promise I will make it again and then try to take a good picture.
