Busy bee

Beautiful rhododendron out in bloom noticed on our walk this morning and lots of busy bees collecting all their nectar.

Lots to do today - ironing from the past two weeks, mow front lawn (hubby did this), food shopping, lay flooring in downstairs cloakroom, write minutes and agenda for WI and email out, write "chairmans chat" for my lace group newsletter and visit pa-in-law in hospital. Managed most of that!

Pa-in-law had to have an X-Ray today to see if his pneumothorax is improving - a little bit they want to monitor him for a bit longer (still on oxygen). Now saying that he will be in for another couple of days. Got a fright tonight when we visited as unbeknown to us, they moved his bed! We panicked, but he was in the next bed. The tv/radio wasn't working in the other bed and he was so bored ...... Happy listening to radio 2 now :)
