Oh Sugar!

And lots of it. Day 2 of Doors Open in Toronto, and we're at the sugar factory. So many interesting shots, but this one best conveys the immensity of the operation. That's a very large front end loader moving the sugar to the centre of the warehouse where chutes in the floor, attached to a conveyer belt take the sugar to be processed. Quite fascinating to see it in person.
