Pop goes the Poppy

Yesterday there was merely a glimmer of promise. Today, the reveal! This is one of the poppies in the back garden that felt today was a good day to flower. It's covered in pollen, and I feel very brave getting so close (ah-choo!)

Sunday included a lunchtime barbie, and several trips into Bristol with Charlie, who sadly got scammed on a ticket for Love Saves The Day but eventually got a good ticket via her fab elder sister. This blip incorporates the midnight assignation in a Tesco car park to collect her, prior to returning her to exam-land tomorrow. It has been lovely to have her home though, albeit briefly.
