I don't do Birds (2) - Kingfisher

We all took a local walk this morning along the River Walkham where I have seen Kingfishers before but I haven't been able to photograph them. So I was ready today with my new and bigger zoom. Amazing to find this Kingfisher complete with a fish on a branch above the river just ahead of us! If only I could have been a bit closer - I was a bit too far away so the quality is not the best but it was an amazing sight as we watched the Kingfisher repeatedly whack the fish on the branch. This was taken almost next to where my reflections shot was taken a couple of weeks ago. This was my first bird shot.
