Lunan Bay

Our Saturday walk started at the north end of Lunan Bay, and we walked south as far as Ethie Haven. It's a bit further than it looks on the map, as you have to detour inland to cross Lunan Water unless you want to get your feet wet.

The tide was well out, so we were able to explore further along the beach to the north than we have done before. Both pictures come from there. The extra photo is a macro of some tiny mussels with even smaller barnacles on them. I didn't see the creature exploring among them until I saw the photo at home.
