Garden Time

Started the day with Parkrun and managed another new PB of 22:45 shaving 10 secs off my previous time.

After that I headed into the gym for one hour of weights before meeting MrsT and L and taking the latter to her swimming class whilst the former went for a pre booked deep tissue massage.

After lunch and a quick trip to the shops I spent some time raking out the moss in the garden and cutting the grass.

L helped water the lawn before heading off to a movie night at her gymnastics club which allowed me and a mate (big Paul) construct a new trampoline as a surprise for L tomorrow morning.

Big Paul and I watched the CL final at the Bankton over a few bottles of beer.
