Straight masterpieces*

Third and last night of RC Orchestra '16. I was Front of House manager for tonight's performance, but still managed to sneak in and get some photos including "Uptown Funk" (main pic).  Over sixty talented students, performed twenty four songs, and a sprinkling of graduate performed in some songs too - all backed by a great crew making it a highly polished and thoroughly entertaining musical extravangza of sight and sound.  Complete sell out - performed to a packed theatre that included quite a few graduates, several of whom used to play in the orchestra - so a bit of a nostalgia run for them as they watch the evolving metamorphic bundle of talented teenage energy that is RC Orchestra.

This was all at the end of what was a most agreeable day of sunshine and friends. Starting by going for breakfast with Robin in the outside garden of our lovely student centre and refectory (extra) where we were joined by Aya and her Dad.  Then Robin and I had a couple of hours of delightful "Aunty Biddy Aya duty" (extra) before quick burst of grocery shopping and a couple of hours of repose before the concert.
