Good friends

An unexpected lovely end to our day today.

While I have been out all day, Aj has been taken to a birthday party and the girls had a fabulous fun filled time with their Daddy visiting friends at their allotment.

I got home, picked the girls up and "popped" round to a friends to wish her happy birthday.

We ended up staying there for nearly two hours, the girls played nicely together and DM had fun helping to fix the felt to the roof of our friends extension. It was great to sit and chat while the children played. We completely lost track of time.

I got the girls home, tucked up in to bed and then my Daddy and his wife arrived back from their week of travelling - now it's time for Daddy to spend time with his children and grandchildren :)
