Bryggen

We have finally reached Bergen on what has been a very grey and foggy day all the way down the coast.  It was raining when we docked, but it has stopped raining enough for us to have a first wander around the town.  I can see many ours being spent wandering round the alleyways and wonderful little shops in the old area of Bryggen which is right next to the hotel.  Anyone would think I might have planned it that way.

It is nice to have a proper chair to sit on, a bath and a big bed!
