The First Aquilegia

Years ago my mother grew various colours of Aquilegia from seed and gave me some of the seedlings. Nine years on, new self-seeded plants pop up each spring, often with flowers of different colours. Mum passed on shortly after she gave me the plants so these 'descendants' are a gentle reminder of her gardening skills.
