Acting Shy

Bank Holiday Monday today so no school for Ethan and no work for me. We met up with Ethan's pal Anna and along with her mum and baby brother, took them tubing at Hillend. It was much warmer than we expected it to be and the kids ended up complaining they were too hot!

After lunch in the cafe there we went to Beecraigs Country Park so the kids could continue playing outside. Unfortunately I think Anna had a bit too much sun as she ended up being very sick in my car on the way home!

Doctors appointment for Ethan once we got back. He has a mark on his face, which looks like a scratch, which has been there for about a year now. The doctor gave it a big fancy name but explained it's a prominent blood vessel and unless he gets lots more, in which case it should be checked out, it's nothing to worry about.
