MWL Chingford

The second of five Midweek 10K races tonight as we hunted down St Albans Striders for the league title. This race started in Epping Forest and went up and down hills around High Beach and back. We won the race, based on the times and positions of our 12 fastest runners, and now head into our 'home' race in TP in 2 weeks in a strong position. A nice PB of 36mins 37 and 41st overall out of 378 was nice.
