Making a splash

Ostensibly a study day although it feels like I spent most of it socialising. Walked the dogs with Selina and Indy first thing and then did some PhD admin. Then went to a lovely place in Petersfield called the Natural Apothecary for lunch with Kyla and Mandy (yes, we were ladies who lunch!). Then, as it was such a summery afternoon and Mr DawnAgain had returned early from a trip up to London, we headed over to Petersfield Heath where there was all kinds of excitement going on involving the swans, geese and coots. We even found the legendary terrapin colony: there were six of them basking in the sun. Finally, this evening I went out with the Easy Riders for a really enjoyable ride around country lanes of Surrey starting and ending in Chiddingfold. All in all, a great day!
