I've been told off a little today, but that is probably about right. I will duly change some tablets for a while and see if they get me up some hills. Anyway, the boys are being stupendous and we found some joyful video clips from an old camera, mostly of Little Agu running around naked on a Northern British beach aged two and Ben looking and sounding very much the young English Gentlemen aged five. Precious. 

P and I visited Shirley and then had a little dinner in the plaza while Marcelo serenaded us. Thank you maestro! P is whipping the camera out a fair bit, which is great and I think he is looking so much better. Spirits up folks.
