The Pearl Izumi circus hits town

How things have changed, when I was racing (slowly) no one would even thought of suggesting that a street should be closed for a cycle race let alone the whole town centre with diverted bus routes.
Still, anything that brightens our drab town, if only for a day, has got to be a good thing,
