Abstract Bench

Polly H and I were both at the Green Gym today at the Community Orchard in Wolverton - the town where I grew up. When I was a child this area was allotments, but they got abandoned and overgrown. The Community Orchard is run by volunteers and the Green Gym helps out every couple of months. There were about 10 of us today, I think the weeding alone filled 4 wheelie bins, 2 wheelbarrows and a garden bin. It is a great space for the community and they get regular visits from schoolchildren and it's often used by mums and toddlers.
