Winter returns

Officially back to winter today, the sun has run away and the temperature has plummeted to ice age levels (maybe a wee exaggeration).

The dark skies highlighted the deep greens of the shrubberies around the office and at least gave the chance of a blip.

Hopefully things will improve as Saturday is Bathgate/West Lothian Highland Games and there's going to be a few kilties hoping for warmer weather.

They say that if the weather is good for the Highland Games then it's sure to be bad for Bathgate Gala Day the following Saturday and vice versa and this has proven to be true more often than not.
