Wet Rose......!

We are having a rather damp day today...in Irish speak it could be described in several ways....
Mizzle.....a cross between mist & drizzle....! Or..
"A soft day, Thank God"......!
Anyway it's a bit wet for outside....so I did some baking instead..
And while on a run out to the bin I noticed my 'Elizabeth of Glamis' Rose had a beautiful flower
The roses are early and already I'm in a constant fight with black spot....
The ear still bothering me....I have some cotton wool with warmed oil in it ...gives great comfort and doesn't do any harm...an old childhood remedy my Mother always used on me...!
