Blipmeet in Bleakheath

A small blipmeet saw Tom, Joan, Adrienne and me gather at Isbi's for morning tea, as blipped by Joan.
The guest of honour was  Geoff, who had crossed the Ditch from New Zealand.

This is the road to Mt Blackheath.
It's a part of the world I love, wild and bleak, with stunning views when the weather's good.
I especially love the trees, twisted by the wind and very beautiful. 

I think Geoff, used as he is to the stunning New Zealand scenery may have been a little underwhelmed, though he was much too polite to say:))
