Fascinating

I am so intrigued by this fungi, commonly known as lattice fungi. Spotted this one in the garden and so pleased to see that it was intact as usually I find them partially decomposed. It starts off as a normal ball shaped fungi, but then this framework pops out...wouldn't it be great to capture in slow motion. The extra is a close up.
