Textured

Quiet sort of a day, rained for a time this morning, naturally I lit the fire.  Withing 30 minutes the sun was pouring into the room and I had to open the doors and windows.  

Thanks for your concern on the injury yesterday, I'm looking a bit battered and bruised but doing OK.  Nothing much keeps me down.

Doug did the grocery shopping for me this morning (yes, he's a keeper) while I pottered, which I seem to be very good at.

I think this is a Japanese Anemone (taken with the lensbaby) - almost unrecognisable as I have layered a texture over it (just because).

(added later - I didn't realise there was a theme, of showing depth/leading lines. Well I guess there are lots of cracked leading lines, and as far as depth the flower is behind the texture, hence depth) I know, I'm grasping at straws.
