Lucie fell asleep on the sofa the second she lay her head down this afternoon. Tired after a busy morning of school I expect! Sammy in school too so I had a cortado and then returned home to try my spiralizer. Courgetti is my first experiment! (Extra)
The kids had pan fried salmon with courgetti tossed in pesto (extra) and grant and I had steak with oriental courgetti... I think grant might not enjoy this new experiment as much as me...
Chris was also round this afternoon much to the kiddies delight.
