Glossy Ibis

Glossy Ibis another bird that can stay over the summer, but the numbers of birds drop dramatically, although Qurum park is a great location with its big lake for birds to stay on and around(it has secure grassy islands, which can only be accessed by the park caretakers boat) They are gregarious birds that are peaceful, but they are also very shy and if one bird is uneasy about something they all quickly take flight, as they have in this photo!
