Beach!

Melody had her first lone nursery session today - she cried initially and then the teacher distracted her - then they went out in the garden and she was upset again - but calmed quickly - I said I wanted calling if she cried longer than 5 mins but she didn't - and wasn't crying when I went in but did when she saw me! I was pretty upset but didn't let her see - it was only an hr -but the thought of someone else playing with her all day cuts me up.
Then we came home for lunch in the garden and went to wembury beach to meet Cath for her birthday - had a good chat with an attached parent mum - Kahrn and I took Melody in the sea and she gasped at the coldness! But she quickly liked it! And then played in sand
At home we had lasagne and melody not asleep until 10! Currently playing Texas hold 'em with Kahrn and Em and I'm being nagged to go!
