Me and Amy spent the afternoon planning out our trip to Peru and whilst doing that I made my first attempts at strawberry jam and lime curd as a present for Caroline when I go up to stay at her new place next weekend. Nigella lied about the cooking times but I was pretty chuffed with the result.
