Warrior Dash

Completed my third dash. It was Russell's first time; he actually made me run!

Warrior Dash is a fun, non competitive 5K mud race. Slower folks (such as myself) sometimes get a lot of encouragement from faster runners. It's a good atmosphere. It helps that we get a free pint of beer at the end.
