Virtuoso

We went to see Nigel Kennedy in concert tonight. It was the third time I've seen him but Mr DawnAgain's first and he was suitably surprised and indeed bowled over by the scruffy genius.

The first half of the show consisted of dedications to various musicians and the second half featured his new interpretation of The Four Seasons, all interspersed by orchestral banter and much applause. He even ended with a folky number. Brilliant!
