I am assuming the horse is Copenhagen. And I believe this statue reveals the falsehood behind the story that the number of hooves raised on a horse with rider statue tells how the rider died.
If two hooves are raised, they say, then the rider died in battle. Which Arthur Wellesley did not.
Still, he's looking in fine fettle here.
