New Toy

If there was a blip challenge for 'Sublime to Ridiculous', this would win it. Yesterday, Blenheim Palace. Today, a strimmer. But not just any old strimmer. If Carlsberg made strimmers, they would make is one. I've had a few in my time, and have always found them irritating; particularly the drum of wire that is supposed to do the cutting but in my experience gets jammed and has to be taken apart and fixed every five minutes. This one has little blades rather than the drum of wire (and the blades are 'free' for life - just pay p&p) and is battery operated so has no cable. It was delivered yesterday and given its maiden strim today. So far, I'm a convert.
