Off hand

Very off - quite rude actually.

Why do I wake up on Tuesday's with a sore head? Something to do with Monday's I suspect which means that it is (a) badminton or (b) San Miguel, a pint of to be more precise. I'm going for option (b). I reckon there might be something in there that doesn't agree with me.  I will have to try a different beer next week and see if that makes a difference.

The topic of the Brexit referendum came up last night. Never a good idea to discuss politics with friends but anyway, Tim expressed the concern that if we stay in Europe and Turkey joins, we will be inundated with a wave of Turks stealing our jobs. I did point out that given what is happening in my company, they no longer need to come here to steal our jobs. Our employers are giving them away and the government is doing nothing to stop it. On the contrary, the government is one of our biggest customers in the UK and they are driving this behaviour by demanding year on year cost cuts. They should hang there heads in shame.
