Magnolia visit

Some people are annoying in their ability to have Magnolias that actually flower. My nursing techniques aren't up to that green fingered excellence yet. My wee Magnolia tree is as green as they come, but as for flowers....
Despite feeding and watering, only leaves.

I have high hopes for my Wisteria though, so you shall see if I'm right soon.

Work visits took me around the city today and into a lovely garden. Work does have it's rewards, again.
