Petals- in- waiting....

My birthday bouquet was beautiful and lasted until today when the roses were stripped of their petals, and these have been laid out to dry in the conservatory.. Their next role will be as confetti at Joff and Andrea's wedding and will be thrown by Oliver and Sophia after the register is signed. All plans tightening up and only six weeks to go!

And my extra has waited its turn! A new arrangement appeared in the cloakroom a few weeks ago. REALLY made me laugh!  Wondering, as my roses are now gone, should I put this in their place??
