Bluebell banks
Went to inverness at lunch time. Had a quick look for the otter and dolphins from the Marina. The firth was calm but did nt see anything.
One the way home we went down to Kilmuir for a quick look at the bluebells. The banks were covered and looked stunning. We were hoping to park near the little graveyard but it was full of workmans vans, looked like one of the houses was having a complete revamp.
We parked near the now famous phonebox and walked along the front. Lots of flowers out all looking very pretty.
Back home and the pheasants have been back, I'm sure they've grown already. Mike counted 9 babies.
An early night for me, think I over did it in the last few days as feeling really achy. Oh well, hopefully better in the morning :)
