Resident Spider

This is a lovely old piece of tree trunk that I've had many years and as the years go on the more gnarled it looks. I decided to move it to a new spot in the garden today and noticed this quite thick spiders web. I didn't see the spider, so I hope he/she can find the way home, to its new position.
