A First .................

............. for Roxy today. A short trip on a boat. She didn't seem too impressed.

We made the Ferry crossing from Port Of Monteith over to Inchmahome Priory this morning. The first time we visited the Priory we were able to walk over as the Lake had frozen. It was quite strange with people skating, sledging and curling. Today was more normal. Lots of little fishing boats on the lake and the ferry transporting a steady stream of visitors to and from the island.

Today was our second visit. We have lived here 23 years and every year we plan to go when the bluebells are out. Today we finally made it. I was planning to blip the bluebells but this was my favourite photo of the day taken as we waited for the ferry to collect us.
