Somewhere

I am pretty certain that Blackbirds have hidden young somewhere in this hedge.
   
When we arrived home last week, we found they had nested in the same place near the house that they have used several time, and we did see young in the nest. But by yesterday they had gone. All day today, as I have been putting washing out, this guy has been on guard and at times making that distinctive, and persistent, alarm call. I decided not to go near.
