Outreach

Today was our long awaited outreach afternoon in town!

We had church in the morning, then everyone involved had lunch together at church afterwards.
We then all travelled down together to the town centre.

When we arrived we were immediately surprised by the amount of people in town! It was packed!! A lot of us were feeling nervous but as soon as we began all the nerves went and we really enjoyed it. We did puppets, skits, singing and people gave their testimonies. A lot of people stopped to watch and there were lots of people from church there to support and have conversations with passers by.

It was a great afternoon, despite some rain and I'm excited to do it again in a couple of months time! :D

It's missing some of the beginning but it's basically the story of this world, how there are so many things that will try and take us away from God and stop us from getting to Him, but ultimately nothing else will complete us. It shows how Jesus came and died on the cross for us to take our sins and everything that was wrong in this world on Himself, so that we can know Him and be a child of God!!
