Play time isn't just for kids..

Had a fantastic afternoon.
One of my lovely neighbours, Leah (that's her in the blue shirt) ran one of her legendary Playshops in a newly opened community space, the Yellow Pavilion, not far from where we live.
A Playshop is an opportunity for adults to release their inner child and play games traditionally enjoyed by children.
Playshops are, without any doubt, THE most fun, biggest de-stresser and bestest workout ever.
They should be compulsory and free for everyone, all the time :-)
