Lame Duck

After a slow start our gig at the Crown got going and we played well, much better than the last gig. We also helped raise over £500 for War Child which has got be a good thing.

Today has been a little more relaxed, mainly hacking at the garden with an assortment of petrol powered implements. Looks better now.

I found this little duck when I was gardening, it was obviously scared and has a very bad limp. We've fed it a couple of times, hopefully it will heal quickly (before the killer cat gets it). Poppy has called it Ivy.
