The Last Hurrah!!

After munching our way through so many Welsh delicacies yesterday, I didn’t have any room left for my Chocolate and Raspberry Tart, but it made the perfect pud to accompany a good old-fashioned family Sunday roast today.

My brother headed off back up to London this afternoon and I probably won’t see him again until Christmas now as he starts a new job soon and will be permanently based in Singapore. Luckily though, the freezer is bulging with leftovers so I’ll be able to continue enjoying his gourmet cooking for some time yet! Sadly though, he didn't leave any Prosecco leftovers!! :)
