Lake Windermere

today the weather was a little better, we first went to Hill Top to visit Beatrix Potter's home which is left untouched, it was nice to see the real locations that occur in the stories, clearly she got inspiration from the neighbourhood; afterwards we went to Beatrix Potter Gallery in Hawkshead to look at original drawings. In the afternoon when it stopped drizzling we stopped at Lake Windermere.
