One is missing

It rained today and then it rained some more.

It was a quiet morning at the mill

And then I had my hair cut and as usual I don't look like me at the moment.

I've not blipped a bollard for a while so here are four of them. But one of the bollards is missing. It was an unusual one as it was sponsored by some individuals rather than a company. I assume that it has been removed so that it can be repaired. I'll keep looking for it.
