Carlton to Laughton

I had a training walk today with Gareth, Howard,James and Keith. I have had a few aches and pains recently, and didn't know how my body would cope.It was an11 mile walk and I felt fine, I'm really pleased. Jodie did a 5k 'Colour me rad' today for the charity 'The sick children's trust'. Rafi and Colin went to cheer her on. She's raised a good amount of money, which is fab.
