Lunch

Babies Bunting look as though they're in for a tasty lunch! 
I finally got round to visiting a reserve that I've been meaning to go to for ages. It's called Rabbit Ings and is on the Barnsley / Wakefield border. It was a fantastic place, with lots of great birds. Never seen so many skylarks in one place!
Notes to self:
Go earlier next year :
to be there for the mating rather than the breeding season
to avoid leaves on trees hampering views
to avoid being on a Leeds train when there is a test match at Headingly
- oh, and if possible, choose a calm, dry day rather than a gusty wet one.
