The face of a happy mouse

Stuart went bonkers this morning after I had cleaned out his cage. I came back from the pet shop the other day with two bags of hamster treats. The bags contained everything from ears of wheat to dried and sliced turnip and rolled corn. It all looked very tasty but you never know with Stu, he can turn his little nose up at the nicest looking thing.

I covered my base by giving him some freshly grown pea shoots plus half a slice of M&S bread as well.

I needn't have worried. 

Within half an hour he was gorging himself, starting with the greens then moving on to the hamster treats.
