Allawah

I have always loved this house and was interested to see that it was for sale recently.

A quick google revealed it is called Allawah and was advertised as being in original condition, for which I think for we can read dilapidated.
It is on the edge of Lithgow, backing on to a mountain, and was the original manager's residence for the Hartley Valley Coal Company.

It sold for a handsome price which I hope means somebody will lovingly restore it.
