Quiet Day and bluebells

Today I have been at a workshop day in the grounds of Wiston Lodge in Biggar.
The gardens were covered with bluebells.
Some mindfulness practice , Goethian observation and some creative work later in the afternoon.
Strangely exhausted tonight, but in a good way.
So many back blips to catch up on !
