What a difference a day makes

Today dawned fine and clear with sunshine - definitely better than the forecast. It was very windy.

I did not go far from Timsgarry. There are beautiful beaches in this area. My image shows the dunes on the way down to one beach.

My extra is another beach later in the day.

It was much too windy to use the tripod and I had to give up trying.

We had a very jolly dinner with delicious food.

Christine arrived this afternoon. She is from Canada and is making her way around Scotland and on to Greenland - using public transport or hitching.

Hazel and Tim arrive tomorrow - so we will have a 3 day Blipmeet. Hope I can catch them on their tandem.
