Busy day. Shopping, admin, gardening, then off to the airport to get Mr B. On the latest 'hottest day of the year so far' it was not a great time for the car to start overheating...

And so, I am there driving with the heater on full, having to do that aggressive lane switching driving that I hate, and all against the deadline of pick-up time at basketball.

Happily I had dinner ready in the oven and a terrace resplendent with birdsong for a post-dinner G&T with Mr B.
